Fern Grove Apartments is a 100% senior, multifamily, affordable-housing development that will consist of several 4-story, energy-efficient, concrete block and plank apartment building with elevators across a 25-acre parcel of land in Orlando, FL. Expected TCO 3Q 2024.

Funding
Since 2017, BDG has procured funding for over 13 different LIHTC (both 9% and SAIL 4%) and HOME developments. BDG / AGPM continue to build a significant pipeline of future new construction developments on existing land owned by AGPM and/or through new land acquisitions.
Strategy
BDG / AGPM's strategy is centered on developing premium-quality affordable housing products throughout Florida and maintaining a long-term hold on the asset. The strategy aims to capitalize on the strong fundamentals that exist within the state of Florida and seeks to provide outsized returns and yields otherwise not available in other markets.
