Job Description


Support the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties safely and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Perform repairs on make-ready units.

  • Perform work order requests as requested by residents.

  • Inspect the property for improvements and repairs and review with the Maintenance Manager.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager with maintenance requests.

  • Ensure that the grounds are free of litter at all times.

  • Operate and perform scheduled maintenance properly on all equipment.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager or Housekeeper with their work if necessary.

  • Assist the Grounds personnel with trashing out units if necessary.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager with inventory control and utilizing maintenance materials and supplies.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and work with third-party vendors.

  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday – 8 hour shift

  • Emergency Overnight/Weekend Response (if needed)

  • Occasional Holidays (rotation)

Experience & Certifications

  • EPA 608/HVAC Certification Required
