Debbie Willis

Debbie Willis is the Director of Property Management – overseeing the operations teams in specific Central Florida regions, as well as assets owned by AGPM in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana. Additionally, she oversees the Commercial Asset Management Team, maintaining oversight of all leasing, TI, and CAM functions across AGPM’s commercial portfolio.

Debbie began her career in Asset Operations in 1992 and over the past 31 years, she has held a wide range of operational and managerial positions across multiple states within the industry, including Senior Maintenance Supervisory roles, Leasing Specialist, Area Manager, and Regional Manager prior to her current corporate role with AGPM. Throughout her career, Debbie has routinely overseen portfolios and the corresponding operations teams in excess of 10,000 units and hundreds of associates.

Debbie also handles the majority of market-rate assets owned/managed by AGPM and leads the market-rate operations team in positioning premier assets to remain competitive in the continuously expanding FL market. In addition to her market-rate background, she also has significant experience in mixed-use, mixed income, senior housing, and supportive housing asset classes.
