Debby Jordan

Debby Jordan is the Senior Director of Property Management and leads the property management division across AGPM’s national portfolio, overseeing other Directors of Property Management, Regional Managers, and Area Managers. Furthermore, Debby directly and simultaneously oversees AGPM owned assets and the corresponding operations teams in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Additionally, Debby oversees all marketing, advertising, tenant selection plans, and resident profile standards nationally – ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as establishing uniformity, consistency, effective branding, and cost controls on a multi-million dollar cost center. From 2019 – 2023, Debby has established numerous policies, procedures, and controls/measures in order to maintain a 98.85% average physical occupancy rate, in conjunction with a 98.93% average revenue collection rate across the portfolio.

Debby has over 34 years of RE operations experience – having served in various non-managerial, managerial, and corporate roles throughout her career across a broad spectrum of industry-related fields; including, but not limited to Leasing Specialist, Occupancy Specialist, and Area Manager. In 2008, she joined AGPM as a Regional Property Manager – remaining exceptionally engaged and involved in the communities/developments that she was responsible for, earning numerous accommodations and recognition from various industry agencies and authorities.

Prior to her tenure with AGPM, Debby served in various operational roles with Paragon Group, which later merged with Camden Property Trust where she served as General Manager for one of Central Florida’s largest multifamily developments. Debby led the team during a significant repositioning of the asset, which ensured the marketability of the asset to potential investment groups and added equity value for the sellers. Once the acquisition was finalized, Debby served in various senior management and corporate roles with Affirmative Arco and Equity Residential.
