Helen Gualtieri, CPA

Helen Lopez-Gualtieri is the Chief Financial Officer of AGPM/Banyan Realty Advisors. She oversees all aspects of financial and tax reporting including payroll, software, banking, and cash management for over 100 companies.

Helen received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University, is a licensed CPA, and member of the American Institute of CPAs. She started her career with Ernst & Young as an auditor and progressed to be Controller for MIG Realty Advisors, LLC. Her role at MIG Realty Advisors included portfolio internal and external reporting of performance returns for billion-dollar pension funds including Detroit, NYSTRS, CALSTRS and Other prominent pension funds. She also oversaw Property and Corporate Staff as Controller with more progressively complex phases of accounting centered around real estate accounting for Associated Estates Realty Corporation – a prominent REIT. At AGPM, Helen established and standardized investor reporting for all the General and Limited Partnerships and subsequently assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2019.
