Toni Branham

Toni Branham is the Assistant Director of Management Support Services. In her role, Toni will oversee all digital Marketing & Advertising strategies, as well as account management for the company’s expanding paid advertisement solutions. She also oversees all Social Media for all AGPM properties, as well as AGPM’s corporate pages. Toni also continues to oversee software updates, expansion, report quality control, and other systems for all associates who use the various platforms.

Toni earned her degree in Political Science and Pre-Law Studies and later applied her education across various roles; including, but not limited to Trial Paralegal, Project Manager, and Executive Assistant with a leading Central Florida law firm. For over a decade, she orchestrated and streamlined countless operational business functions for the firm – while simultaneously establishing a workplace rooted in efficiency and collaboration.

In 2017, Toni departed the law firm when she acquired a diverse portfolio of real estate assets consisting of 27 residential and commercial properties. As an owner/operator of the business, Toni oversaw all aspects of the real-estate business including, but not limited to employee oversight, HR, marketing and advertising, compliance, maintenance operations, customer service, and leasing. In 2023, Toni sold her portfolio of assets and relocated to Orlando, FL where she later joined AGPM as Special Projects Manager and was involved with many dynamic initiatives and efforts throughout the national portfolio. She directly managed all inspection reporting functions across the portfolio, as well as all Building Compliance requirements, which vary state-by-state and continues to manage in her current and continuously expanding role – bringing her multifaceted experience to the forefront of corporate operations.
