Vicki Aimable

Vicki Aimable is the Director of Property Management – overseeing the operations teams throughout the Mid-West US, as well as specific regions of Central Florida. Vicki joined AGPM and affiliated companies in 2000 and has received numerous recognitions and awards from industry partners and agencies following the successful repositioning and stabilization of extremely challenged and distressed properties.

During her 23-year tenure with AGPM, she held various non-managerial and senior-managerial roles; including, but not limited to Leasing Consultant, Occupancy Specialist, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Area Manager before being appointed to her current corporate role with AGPM. Vicki pursued her AA in Medical Assistance Services and BS in Applied Business Management at Everest University in Orlando, FL while working full-time with AGPM in progressive managerial roles.

Vicki specializes in repositioning recently acquired assets that were either mismanaged and/or had extensive physical needs. She has a demonstrated track record of stabilizing challenging assets by maximizing revenue, overhauling management operations, and standardizing operational practices in highly competitive regions throughout the Mid-West and Central Florida in order to maximize equity value and generate cash-flow.
