The proposed Tulip Commons at Old Vineyard represents Phase II of the Old Vineyard development, offering 60 affordable housing units tailored for seniors aged 55 and older. The project will feature thoughtfully designed amenities, including an on-site management office, computer lab, fitness facility, a community room with a kitchen, sunrooms, a screened porch, a gazebo, and a covered drop-off area for added convenience. A Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application is planned for submission in January 2025 to support the project’s financing. Tulip Commons is made possible through a partnership with the principals of WeaverCooke Construction and will be constructed using the innovative semi-modular PASS™ system, ensuring efficiency and quality in its development.
