Christopher Koch

Christopher Koch is an Associate with AGPM’s affiliate Banyan Development Group, LLC (BDG). Christopher is involved with oversight of active new-construction developments from the design and permitting phase – all the way through the construction and TCO process. Specifically, he develops and manages proprietary financial models, helps underwrite funding sources, and manages the requisition process for sites under construction. He is also responsible for managing all administrative and clerical functions at BDG, as well as identifying and planning future development sites, where he is highly involved with the LOI and PSA process, as well as the production of RFAs for funding.

Christopher graduated with a degree in Physics from the University of Central Florida and joined Banyan Development Group in 2021, where his role and overall responsibilities have been continuously expanding.
